Jabba the Snowman

It has been snowing again pretty much all day.

I ventured our to the house just a little while ago to dig the cars out in the driveway in hopes that someday I might make it in to the office again.

As I was shoveling a nice little pile of snow started gathering up in the corner of the driveway and I started to think of how I had not had a chance to build a snowman with the kids yet. I decided to summon the kids and form the pile that had already been building into our snowman.

If Frosty the Snowman...

... were to get married to Jabba the Hut...

...and the two of them had a baby, I think that baby would look something like what we ended up with...

Perfect!

I like a snowman that makes the neighborhood children sleep with their blinds drawn and one eye open.

The kids love him but Benjamin was less than thrilled to donate his new scarf to the cause. Thankfully he can't reach it. (he he)

Valerie and Zachary mostly lent their moral support from the warm confines of the house but she did sneak out long enough to jump in to the picture.

We'll see how long Jabba stands guard on our home.

To bad it wasn't in the woods. We could've had target practice with our shotguns.
