I love this picture that showed up in my email last night and wanted to share.
One of our family goals this year that dove-tailed in with cleaning the garage was to really work on our food storage. Today, Valerie will be going over to my sister’s (Pam Sirrine) where several of the ladies in the family will be doing dry-pack canning together.
This is Pam’s living room right now.
It looks like they have a busy day ahead. We have nearly 100 cans of rice, flour, sugar, salt, pasta, etc. (I don't really remember what else we bought) coming to our house alone.
Looks fun. We'll need to remember to store a can opener too.

Two Words: Holy Crap!
I highly recommend getting one of those safety can openers. Mostly just so that after the natural disaster I can use the cans to recycle into a gift. Thanks;) haha
